Are you contractors?

No. We find the right local pro and manage the job for you. Independent pros do the work and are responsible for it.

How much is membership?

It depends on the kind of membership you need. We'll go over the options with you, and you'll know your price before you join. The work itself is priced by the pro, and you see that price before anything is booked.

How do you make money?

From memberships, and from a small fee pros pay us when we send them work. We never add anything to your bill.

Can I try it before joining?

Yes. Send one request without signing up. If you like how it goes, we'll help you pick the membership that fits.

Can I cancel?

Yes, anytime. There's no contract.

Who sees my information?

Only our team and the pro we send to your home.

Do I need a computer?

No. A family member can send requests for you, and our phone line opens soon.

If you smell gas, see sparks, or have water pouring in, call 911 or your utility company first. We're not an emergency service.
